Call to order 6:40 pm.
Present: Keith Gerald, John Vandenberg, Tim North and Bill Wolf.
Not Present: Peter Edgers
Minutes of the last meeting were not available, therefore were not approved. The minutes were to be emailed out at a later date.
The 2007 budget was reviewed and approved.
Keith informed the board that the contract with Van Witz had been renewed and that we should go out for landscaping bids in January for 2007.
Questions arose about tax filings, home owner late fees and getting repaid for legal expenses incurred during collections. Keith and John to check with Van Witz and Hank (former board member).
John to order books from the Community Association Institute.
A Christmas decorating contest to be paid for out of Goodwill was voted on and passed. Voting will be online and a ballot will appear on the upcoming newsletter. Ballots may be mailed or dropped of at Keith’s house.
A board of director’s group picture was scheduled for the morning of 12/02/06. This picture was also for the upcoming newsletter.
John to create newsletter. Newsletter to be out by 12/08/06.
Other possible community events were discussed. Such as an Easter Egg Hunt, a 5K Run, Community Garage Sale and Block Party.
Meeting adjourned at 7:56pm.
